In true Italian fashion, we rely on fresh ingredients. Our approach to cooking starts with a very simple rule: anytime we can make it ourselves, we do. It’s an Italian thing – and frankly, it’s just more delicious that way. Our hand-stretched mozzarella is made-to-order every day. We also make our own fresh pasta, pizza dough, focaccia bread, sauces and desserts – each and every day.

Sensitive to gluten? No need to strike Italian food off the list. We work hard to ensure that we can offer our pastas, pizzas and sandwiches as gluten-free options. From authentic plates to artisanal cocktails and ½ priced bottles of wine every Wednesday, experience true Italian indulgence at Scaddabush – we look forward to welcoming you soon.
